Computer system timer

My computer's time get 1 hour late suddenly without any reason, I didn't do anything, no changes have been made in the system, do you know why it is so ?
I tried running anti virus software, but saw nothing...

Double click on the clock at the system tray(bottom left of the screen). Go to the tab named Internet Time and then untick "Automatically synchronize with an Internet Time Server". Apply OK and then set the proper time. That should fix it.

This wouldn't have happened on Sunday at 2 AM when we switched to Daylight Savings Time by any chance?? :confused:
