I started installing service pack 6a for NT workstation yesterday afternoon on my pc and it's still installing. Its been installing for about 16 hours now. This cant be normal? What can I do?

It either locked up, or the files were corrupted, or your pc hung or all three. Try to shut down the installer, if that doesn't work, you'll have to reset the pc and try again...
