I currently have spybot, macaffe virus and firewall, and ad-aware se on my pc. Is there anything else I should use?

Good set of antivirus programs. But my expirience showed me that there are a lot of other pc enemies. I mean some times you can install programm and it won't have any virus, but it will crash your system. That's why i recommend you to use backup software. There are a lot of backup sofware and some times it's hard to choose one. I chose Acronis True Image 8.0 because of some features:

1)imaging without rebooting
2)high imaging speed especially for incremental backup
3)you can burn your drive's image to dvd,cd or flash
4)and you can protect your backup file by password
