DVD burner won't Burn

Hey there

I recently bought an external DVD burner and it was working fine then suddenly stopped burning DVD's from my laptop. I am able to take files off the DVD using DVD Shrink but when i try to put them back on to a blank disc using eithor Nero or DVD Decryptor i get an error saying "DVD cylic redundancy check" . Now the DVD i was trying to burn was brand new with no scratches and so was the blank disc.
Another piece of the puzzle is the burner worked on a friends computer with the same programs.
Any help would be appreciated. :confused:

Thanks, im going to try and run a program to check for CRC problems.
Anyone think it may have to do with Windows Media or my Winamp ?
