13 (0Dh): General Protection Fault
Any condition that is not covered by any of the other processor exceptions will result in a general protection fault. The exception indicates that this program has been corrupted in memory, usually resulting in immediate termination of the program.

If this is happening right at boot up with no indication as to which program is causing it then it may just be easier to reinstall then try to track it down.....

But the first thing you can try is to boot into Safe Mode. If it will boot then try disabling everything that runs at startup, one of them is probably crashing.
