Run/Temperature for AMD Sempron 2800+?

Could anyone tell me the what the normal running temperature for a Sempron 2800+ Socket A 462 pin CPU please.
The mobo is an Asrock K7VT4 Pro at the moment the temp is running at 50-51 with xp pro about 3 Applications and a virtual XP system running.

The die temperature says max 90c is that right?

You're ok at those temps.
But if it gets above 60 C, then look into improving the CPU/system cooling.

What is tha max I can get from the sempron 2800+ at the moment I am getting 2Ghz FSB on the Motherboard Jumper settings is 333Mhz
