I am looking at some pc-133 Sodimm for my Tecra 8200 which normally uses pc-100. The pic is the same as my RAM but as in desktops, I was wondering if I can use the pc-133 as you can with backwards compatability of pc-133 SD-RAM.
Auction closes in 1&1/2 hours so I need to know soon. Anyone?
TIA,
Ted

Sorry Ted, it is 2 hours since you posted and I just saw this. I was going to suggest Crucial's automatic tool to find the current specs. I tried manual configurator but no listing for a Tecra 8200.

I tried to query the seller and didn't get a response but it was a bit close to the wire and after business hours for Flor'da, so i purchased the one. I will try to intercept the transaction and include the second one that I wantas well. See, there was no quantity available listed, but I found more modules of same descrip and pic from the same seller.
Why ship twice is what I'm getting at..
Searching Crucial led me to a rather large gap in model selection (go figure  ) My choices are Tecra 8000 or 9100. Mine is an 8200...
Two SODIMM shots below. One pc-100 (and 133), the other, some flavor of DDR:
