I have recently been trying to keep my computer as clean as possible with regards to adware and malware. I currently use Lavasoft Ad-aware, Spybot and Aluria. I have also used Hijack this from time to time. I just cleaned up some stuff and would like to know my latest hijack this report is ok and if I should be removing anything from that. No, not lately, a while back I had some spyware in there and that is when I purchased Aluria. I just wanted to make sure that it looks like everything seems to be clean. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.

You may want to reconsider Aluria... They recently parternered with a malware company and have lost all credibility with people who fight malware... They will definitely allow their partner company to install on your computer without warning... I would NOT let them near my computer...

Here is my prevention speech... The article in the link can give you a lot of ideas:

This is a good time to set up protection against further
attacks. Read the article linked below about "How did I
get infected". You need an antivirus that is updated, a
good firewall (a router firewall is not enough) and a
spyware blocker like SpywareBlaster and also IE-Spyads.
All of these have good free versions available... be very
cautious about any security software that advertises in
popups or other intrusive ways, they are not only usually
useless, but also often have malware in them....

The main thing with Aluria is to not rely on it to keep your system clean of malware since they are aligned with a malware company and will ignore files from them... I don't think they actually install malware on your system, but I can't guarantee that... If it was me, I would probably see if I could get my money back or I would just view it as another one of my many "jump before I look" mistakes and write it off... Either way, I would remove it, but it is an individual choice...

Reminds me of when I used NeoWatch Firewall. No outbound protection. Threw it in the circular file eventually. They were bought out by McCaffeine. Got mine for $20~30, back then.
