webcam problems

i have a logitech quick cam express webcam that runs off a usb connection. it has decided to stop working all of a sudden even reformatting my hard drive has not worked. My web cam works on other computers so i have eliminated a webcam fault can anyone help me?????

Did you install the drivers?
Does the computer recognize that the device is plugged in?
In 'Device Manager' does it show up anywhere?
What operating system do you run? (win95/98/ME, win2000/NT, winXP)

Tell us those and we might be able to answer your question better.
