have lost the sound, it worked perfect for a day or so then no sound , cannot find driver on disc that came with notebook, any help plz

I can't find the model # on the Medion web site. Is this a USA purchase? How old is it.

Since the time when all was well:
If you haven't changed the hardware or the software, then:
Restore the configuration to the way it was then.
How?
That depends on your OS version.
[If that doesn't fix it then it's not a configuration problem.]

If your files have changed since then you'd need a backup of the C: partition, and you'd restore that.
