pop up when windows starts

i had gator on my comp and got rid of it and i get a pop up everytime windows starts saying something along the line of unable to find gator.dll, ive tried going into msconfig to try to not have it start up but i cant seem to find the thing thats popping up, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

HijackThis is a powerful tool that lets the reader of the log see what is running on a PC. With training the experts can detect malware and advise the user which items to fix, item by item. Do NOT FIX anything with HJT until the experts advise you, and stay on one removal site until it is all fixed. (some of the problems may have to be removed in a specific order). Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

O4 - Global Startup: GStartup.lnk = C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT\GMT.exe

Reboot and delete the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT

Please post a followup Hijack this log, and say if your problems persist.
