reformatting my computer

ok i got alot of virus on my comptuer i need to get rid of here some s/s n file for u 2 better help me

Don't reformat just yet. There is a lot that can be done.

First please download Spybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/). Unzip the program, run it and click on search for updates. Install all updates, then hit scan.

Let it fix everything marked in RED.

Next, download http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip
Copy it into its own folder, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan and save log".

When the scan is finished, the log will open in Notepad. Do Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.
