well, i have no idea what this is. im in the process of building a computer. when i boot up off my system disk, bios recognizes my hard drive as master and cd rom as master, both respectivley on ide channels 1 and 2. it recognizes in bios the specs (western digital, 20 gig, etc) the problem is when i go to do fdisk. i type fdisk from my a: drive and it brings me to the fdisk main menu with the 4 options. however there is a blinking message that says cant acces drive 1. it wont let me set any of the partitions up or anything. i have no idea what this is. has anybody seen this before? if you have, i could really use your input on the matter. Thanks in advace to all who can help!!
