my hd activity

Whn i open around 4 or 5 screens my system gets slow.
My hd led starts glowing/blinking until it stops i can't do any other work.

Can you supply the spec of your computer.

How much space is left on your hard drive.

Empty your Internet Explorer Temp and cookie folders.

They key things we will want to know are:


Amount of System Memory
Amout of System Memory Available after a fresh boot
Amout of System Memory Available after HD activity starts
Size of Drive C
Amount of free space on drive C
Size of your temp folder
If you have Windows 95,98,ME: Temp folder is usually located in the C:\Windows\Temp
If you have Windows 2K/XP: Temp folder is usually located in the C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local settings\Temp

I think we share the belief that that there is limited space on Drive C that is causing HD to wacko when multi tasking. I just want to get as much info as possible.
