When I click to open a page, sometimes the page does not open completely, it will open to the minimized position, like half screen,...and I want it to always open to full screen. But here lately, I have a bigger problem, some pages dont even open at all, the only thing I get, is a small bar, with the x to close it, & the - to minimize, & the square to open it to full page and I have to search all over my screen to find it, ........it doesn't even always come up in the same place. Hi Silentscorpion and Welcome to the PCGuide.
More info please.
Which OS?
Which version of IE?
Which application or applications is it doing this in?
Have you recently installed/uninstalled any software or hardware?
When did you last run an a/v scan and empty your cache?

You could start by doing the following.
(1) IE Tools<>InternetOptions the "General" Tab "Temporary Internet Files" then click on "Delete Files" and include Offline content when prompted.
(2) Close any running applicatons in Windows. (Use CTL+ALT+DEL and End Task for all items except Explorer and SysTray).
(3) ControlPanel<>AddRemovePrograms<>MicrosoftInternet Explorer6 then Click on Add/Remove then choose "Restore Previous Configuration". Then Reboot.
(4) Reboot again but into SafeMode by holding down the CTL key as the computer restarts (sometimes this may be the F8 key) . ControlPanel<>AddRemovePrograms<>MicrosoftInternet Explorer then Click on "Repair Internet Explorer". Then Reboot.
(5) Run a full uptodate antivirus scan. If you don't have an antivirus you can download a free version from AVG (http://www.grisoft.com/html/us_index.html) or get an online scan from HouseCall (http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_corp.asp).
(6) Let us know any progress http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif or the lack of it http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/frown.gif

Paul, I tried the things you told me, but they didn't work. BUT, I found that if I STRETCHED the bar open, instead of maximize, and make sure it was the last window to close, I rebooted, and when I clicked on the page, it came up fully opened. Thanks for trying, I appreciate your interest in helping me. Happy Surfing......

Here is something you can try. Go to Start-->programs-->right click on the offending programs shortcut, choose properties, in the run box choose maximized. If this program is run from a desktop shortcut you can right click on the shortcut and change the run properties from there. This works for Win ME and XP don't know if it will work in Win 98.
