How can I fix it!!!

Hi,I tried to install a new hard drive in my pc everything was fine but when i boot my computer i got this message FLOPPY DISK (FAIL)(40)CMOS CHECKSUM ERROR DEFAULTS LOADED what i can do to resolve this problem??i can not use my floopy disk.

ANYONE CAN HELP ME!!!

Hello Erick and welcome,
when you power on the computer, do you see any lights on or hear any clicks come from the floppy drive?
Check the connections for the floppy drive at the drive and mobo. Make sure that the colored stipe on the ribbon cable is on pin1 at both ends. Make sure the drive is on the end of the cable with the twist.
