Major log on problem!

I used a program to clean my registry. After that and while everything worked normally i shut my pc down. Next reboot: the logon screen appeared (xp) and when i clicked on my name it just...logged off!
Since then i used to automatically logon to windows without the logon screen appearance. Now i cant get into windows not even in safe mode or as administrator. I click on log on screen name and all i get is a log off!!
Please help me!

Can you boot into safe mode? If so, you could use system restore to get back to a working configuration.
