Boot problems with Think Pad 600E

My Think Pad will not boot I get a error message of Inaccessible boot device.(0x0000007b) (ox81530BDO) 0xc0000006). I also get a code in upper left corner of screen OA301. When I run the system test I get these codes DEV 001,ERR91,FRU 3610, I have a model 600 E #2645-AAU. This all started when I had a book fall off a shelf and it landed on the key board. I have replaced the system board and the keyboard so far. Any help on what the problem may be and how to repair ?

Can you get into the BIOS? If you can, is the hard drive detected? As parts have already been replaced, are you sure that all internal connections, particularly to the hard drive are tight?

If the answers are Yes, No, Yes, in that order, it looks as if the drive is DOA.
