I enjoy baking and cooking with sourdough. At a picnic this past week end, we were discussing the merits of using sourdough. I was surprised to find many don't like the taste. Do you like sourdough bread, biscuits, etc. or does that taste preference belong to us older persons?

I don't know if 30 is old, but sourdough bread is delicious...in Pittsburgh they call it Italian bread which is where I developed the taste, in CA it was called sourdough...

I love sourdough bread, pretzels, you name it. Always have since I was a kid. And I am just a couple years older than Hiredgoonz.

I've been baking with sourdough now for the past couple of months. I've made bread, biscuits and sourdough pancakes. My wife and I love it. I haven't talked to anyone who hasn't like sourdough bread.
