Royalty Free Music or copyright free, Look for independent music non riaa music.

I think s/he might be referring to a midi file that loads in the "background" of a "web page". Since this person doesn't elaborate on details, it's a wild guess. ;)

And that being said, I would look in the "Temporary Internet Files" folder and try to find a audio file there. Anything web page related would most likely be there. :p
