wireless network but no access to main machine

Hi this is my first time on a forum so please excuse me if I stuff up
I have a belkin router using for wireless networking. the network is up and running i can access the networked machines but they can not access shared file ont the main machine with the internet connection (dialup)ICS is also running ok, what is stopping them from accessing the main machines files. I have had it running all before and all of a sudden they were locked out of the main machine .Message saying you may not have authority to access this machine

have you shared all computers with each other....

have you ping your computer with each other.......
