MP3/File List Creator

Hi there, I have 100 CDs, most of which contain mp3 albums, and am trying to make a catalogue. I am looking for some software which will take the file names of the files and mp3s and write them in a text file, so I can copy and paste this into a larger word file and make it nice and readable. Anyone got any ideas??

I have heard really good things about Tag and Rename. You can find it here: http://softpointer.com/tr.htm

It will do what you ask and more. Well worth the $30 cost from what I hear.
