Selecting new storage drive (Internal/External)

I have three drives:

Two external drives: LaCie 250GB Porsche USB2.0 (http://www.lacie.com/products/product.htm?pid=10468)

I want to spend less than $200. Any suggestions on the best value for 250GB+?
