Can't get to site.
I have a friend who is trying to get to a site and is unable to. I can get there so I know it's a good address.

This is the only site is having trouble with.

I had him set his security items in the Tools/Internet options/Security back to default.

There's nothing in his restricted sites.

He does not have a firewall or antivirus running that I'm aware of.

Where else shall I look.

I would look for restricted sites in HOSTS files, but if he does not have any firewall it could be an infection issue.

I spoke with my friend and he doesn't have a "host" file and we were unable to delete his cookies because he doesn't know all his passwords.

I guess that's all we can do for now

Perhaps an alternative browser such a Firefox or Opera might work.
