0127 CPU CLOCK MISMATCH and 0162 EQUIPMENT CONFIG ERROR

After installing a PCI card I got these two messages when I switched my PC back on. Anybody know why this has happened and how I can fix it? I get the messages every time I switch my computer off at the mains, but never happened before installing the PCI card.

I'd forgotten to plug my speakers in, now that I have I don't get the message anymore
