I have a pc that nobody has the password to. Nobody can get into the system. How can I reset this from the motherboard?

Where does the password show up, boot or logging in to Windows?

If it is a boot password you can try clearing the CMOS by either the "Clear CMOS" jumper or removing the battery.

Need to look around it is either silk-screened on to it or listed in the manual....without knowing the specifics of your motherboard I can't be more specific than that.

The password prompt is when I try to get into Windows.

If it a Windows password, boot to a dos prompt (tap F8 during boot and select command prompt only) then change to the windows directory, and rename any *.pwl files to something else, such as *.old. Reboot normally, and when prompted for a password again, just press enter.
