Rename User folder

Hello there.
I'm not sure how to explain this but what I want to do is to change the name of the owner folder to something else. This folder is in the Documents and Settings folder and I can't just rename it like a typical folder.
I did change the user in the user accounts but it still shows up as Owner in the Documents and Settings folder. Thanks.
