Antivirus wont delete file

I'm sorry to just jump in like this.....but i searched yahoo with the name of the virus i have and it brought me here...im infected with the same virus im gonna try n do all the things u said above but i am not a computer wiz so...i might not do it right...




I also have this virus...

Any help would be great....

This is an old thread and I see you already started one of your own so the best thing is to stay with your's until the problem is resolved. If you want to reference to an old thread it is better to start your own and post a link to one that is similar to your problem.
