I didn't know Canon made (sold) a Laptop, but they did,

The series is; Innova Book 150c
The model # is; US2-4D01-01

The processor is a 486 DX2. There is no HDD. The unit boots to the bios screen and the LCD appears good.

I tried to find the model through Canons' site but no luck since they don't sell them anymore.
I tried to e-mail them, but still no luck since you have to pick a catagory and model to even get to a page to ask a question.

Any ideas where I can get something on this?

I found this on a Google search:
http://www.google.com/search?q=Innova+Book+150c&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official
It came with a 340MB HDD, also came with 4MB of RAM but could be upgraded to 32MB.
It was produced back in 1995.

Another link from another person with that notebook:

Wow! That's really impressive. 4MB of Ram and a 340MB HDD.
It looks as XP w/sp2 just might not fit! ;)

I was going to do a google, but wanted better insite first.

Well it appears Linux will fit and function per one of those links, might be a option. It came with Windows 3.1.

It is actually pretty amazing, there were outfits that had 10 to 40 Gig HDDs that would fit those laptops, also NiMH batteries as replacements, even car cords.
