Hi everybody,
I have an older 300mhz pc with w98 on it, am trying to add a network card to hook it up to cable service. When I try to add new hardware device, or when I try to show properties on existing dial-up device, I get an error:
Device Imstaller Error:
Setup cannot load the installer (Netdi.dll) for the Net harware being installed.
Contact your hardware vendor for assistance.
This sounds like a W98 problem with the device installer. Am I correct?
Rechecked windows setup to ensure that the networking pieces were installed. Seems okay, verified the windows ojects using the install disk sfc function, seems okay. What am I missing?
