Computer Active magazine has set up a FREE on-line trianing course fro WinXP (do not know whether it will be available overseas)This course is available until the 28th Feb and runs for a month after you sign up
If you follow the link it will allow you to set up the free training course for XP
Have just signed up myself so don't know just how effective it is.

ErnieK- wasn't attempting to degrade your link or you personally, just that you should be carefull about these things as "if it seems too good to be true"....
free isn't always "FREE".

I took this information from one of the top rated magazines in the UK. This magazine at present is trying to run a campiegn against spam and intrusion, so assumed (there is that word again - I should know better than to assume) it would be safe enough. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/redface.gif
