PC will NOT Bootup!

My Dell Optiplex Gx1 crashed and now it will NOT bootup. I need some help. I also need to know if there is a web site where I can download startup information onto a floppy disk? PLEASE HELP! Anyone!

What was the last thing you did? Any software or hardware added or changed? What caused the "crash"?

We need lots more detailed information to be of any assistance, so many things can cause this it's almost impossible to know where to start without some background.

I moved this to the Windows forum, the PC World section plainly states that it is not for technical questions.

The last thing that I was doing was playing Real Player with graphic affects . It acted like a cd got stuck in one spot, it wouldn't stop. I couldn't get the pc to shut down so I had to shut it off.
It has 64mb ram.

Still need some more specific information.

What OS are you running?
What happens when you try to turn it on? Do any error messages come on the screen? Any beeps from the PC speaker?
Do the fans pin when it is powered on?
Do you hear the HD spinning up?
