I do hope that some very knowledgeable person can help me sort the following problem out...

When I click on a http or https hyperlink in an e-mail, I use Outlook Express 6, it will not open an IE Window as it should - the problem has only just reared its head.

If I have an IE Window already open, i.e. running in the background while using Outlook Express 6, , when I click on a http or https hyperlink within an e-mail, the page will open in the IE window running in the background (!)

I have just loaded Wanado Broadband - could that have changed some file settings?

I'm using Windows 98SE.

Computer: Advent 7445DVD
