I have an HP Compaq nx6110 recently when i switched on the power it started and got stuck on the welcome screen divided into two half with the user names on the leftside and without the the administrator section blank blue screen on the rightside as iam a single user of the laptop there was no user names and iam using windows xp pro anybody can help me fix this problem and also can somebody tell me what might have caused this iam a beginner any advice or suggestions are most welcome.
