A friend has a lot of music dvd's that he never gets time to see, so he was wondering if theres any way he can extract the music & put it onto cd's so he can listen while driving, iv'e tried various programs to do it but no luck so far.
Anyone know howtoo...

What equipment do you have at your disposal? 2 pc's? Or a dvd player and a pc? You could use an 1/8th" by 1/8th" cable between the 2 and record them in real time. Afterwards just make sure to burn to cd using .cda type files. Or mp3's if he has a player that will handle that format.

Any of various audio recording softwares could be used. Windows Sound Recorder, NERO, MusicmatchJukebox etc...
