PC just keeps beeping

i have bought some new parts and assembled them together, so far i have assembled the processor, ram and graphic card. when i attempt to run this to see if i can access the bios setting, all my pc seems to do is "BEEp" continually and nothin appears on the screen, any suggestion on what has gone wrong??

Hi, try reseating your RAM, contnious beeping is usally a sign of BAD, or not recognized memory.

Also, make sure the video card is properly setaed, and try the memory in another slot.

That should have read 'seated'.
