Re- install windows ME

Hoi,
I want to re-install windows ME but I don't know how I must do it. I've at the moment 2 partities (C,D). Afer formatting the hard disk, will the partities still excist ?
- How do I format the hard disk?
- How can I create partities ?
- How do I install after formatting windows ME ?
Can somebody give me a manual for this, please.
I'm just a beginner and I'm hopeless.
