I just ran a security scan at http://security.symantec.com and am using ZoneAlarm Pro 6.0631.003. I currently have my ZoneAlarm Pro settings set on Internet Zone Security High, and Trusted zone security medium. The security scan on symantec told me two ports are open and vulnerable to attacks: My ICMP Ping port, and my HTTP 80 web server port. I don't use a web server so I don't need that port and I don't think I need the ping port either. I don't know how to close these ports in ZoneAlarm Pro and would like to know how. I would set my trusted zone settings to high instead of medium but if I do that I won't be able to share files with my other networked computer and won't be able to send/receive files in mIRC or MSN messenger. Can someone please help me with these security issues and problems.

You close ports by turning off the services that use them. I had a similar issue a long time ago with port 80. Essentially, it needs to be open but it should be running stealth (hidden). It needs to be open or you would not be able to download any web pages. I fixed it by setting up a virtual port on my router, but it has been so long, like I said, that I'm afraid I don't remember the details....

have you tried the port scan here?

Try it out and see what it tells you...
