I don't know if i can post a link, but i found a REALLY good deal for DDRII(for one 512 bar, it's only 25 euros), and i looked at the specifications, it looks tempting but i don't know apart from the memory and the speed what caracteristics do i have to look for( also i know it's compatible with my mobo), if I can i'll post the link, anyways itsalways being solled so i'm not in a hurry.

As long as you're not soliciting others to buy a product, you can post a link to a product that you are thinking of buying. And heck, at that point I'd encourage you to post the link so that we can tell you if it's worth it or not.
The second main things to look for when shopping for RAM are the timings (aka latencies). CAS, RAS, CT, etc. You should see them listed as 4-4-4-12, for instance, which is a common string of latencies for DDR2-667 (PC2-5400). Or 3-4-4-8, which is common for DDR2-533 (PC2-4200/PC2-4300).

Well, for the price it isn't bad. It does have Samsung chips, so that's a good thing in its favor, but I wonder how it would perform in dual-channel? Probably fine for most industry-standard mobo's, but ya never know on some of those high-end OC'ing ones.
If you really need to pinch some pennies (or whatever :p) then I'd say that RAM is a fairly safe bet. If this is for a gaming system or other high-end power users' system, I'd say go for the good stuff and get a dual-channel pack of high quality RAM.
