Bug/Flaw in MS firewall

A flaw (MS says bug) has been found in MS's firewall. See below fo details and patch download. (the patch was NOT found by going to Windows update and checking there)

I myself was extremely suprised! I was under the impression that all these bugs/flaws were actually secret enhancements that only MS knew about and which were put there speciffically to make our computing experiences a joy to behold :D.

I just love the way it was spun by M$, it's not a bug, it's "an unexpected behavior."

Standard windows behaviour in other words. If something is supposed to do something by default it will do the opposite
