3dsmax or the like

Hey all,

I wasn't sure where to put this....

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knows where i can buy a copy of 3ds Max (not the expensive ones, an older version such as 5 or 6 would be fine).

I have searched ebay and local retailers, but alas, nothing.

anyways, any help on this, or advice on any other good/free 3dmodeling and animation programs, would be great.
