Please Help with Problems-HTL included

My son has been doing alot of his college work on my computer and now everytime I click on a link I get this funny sound and it shuts down IE. Can any of you see what the problem is? I do see all sorts of new things on here that weren't there before but I'm not sure if they're what's harmful or if it's just what he is using. Thank you!

Okay, I'm no expert, but I'm almost 100% sure they will need to see the whole log in order to make a correct call. So re-scan, then the "Scan" button will change to a "Save Log" button. Save the log, then press Ctrl-A to select all of the text, and copy its contents here for the pros.
