7800GTX or wait?

Hey guyz I'm in the market for a new card, and wanted to ask you if I should go ahead and get a 7800GTX or wait for ati to release their r520? See how the r520 performs and maybe the 7800's price will go down? what do you fellows suggest? :D

I would buy the 7800GTX without blinking, if I had the money and was in the market for a new card.

R520 will still have 16 pipelines, but will be clocked much higher than the 7800 GTX. The problem is that even ATI is skeptical about getting the R520 out the door by the end of the year! :eek: ATI isn't dead yet, but if you're waiting for R520 (and Crossfire for that matter) I wouldn't suggest you hold your breath...

I ended up getting the 7800 GTX (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814127187), I also read that it's a great card for OCing. So I'm happy :p I also read that some people were able to get it to 600/1400 :eek: . But i suspect that they were using water-cool.
