I am unable to load netscape mail as well as sailor moon e-mail.
When i try netscape after enter user name and password it just keeps cycling back and forth with no pages loading and with the sailormoon that one goes right to the sign out page and never lets me in.
I don't have this problem with any other site or e-mail nor on my other pc.
I have gone as far as to wipe my hard drive out and started over from the beginning which was very time comsuming in rebuilding my pc back up.
And guess what...those 2 sites still do the same thing.
I am totally lost as to why they won't load.
I have run norton utilities, anti virus and have deleted all cookies. But still no luck.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
