ATI Radeon Xpress 200 eller ATI Mobility Radeon 9100?

Im looking to buy a laptop computer and I'm comparing with my friends laptop which i find to be OK. He's got a pentium 4 2.8ghz with Mobiliti Ati Radeon 9100 IGP. I'm looking at a AMD Athlon 64 3200+ with ATI Radeon Xpress 200. Should I expect better or worse performance (both comps have 512 RAM)?

Who makes those laptops and what models are they. It looks like ATI Xpress 200 is fairly new. It looks like it is comparitable to a 300x. But, you can use it to attach a PCIx16 card. How exactly that works I'm not sure. But I can tell you that that CPU will spank the 2.8 intel-especially if your gaming!
