IE 6 won't play midi files

I have three seperate websites that all contain midi files. They used to play fine, but for quite awhile now, they no longer play. I can access my sites from other computers and they play fine, and I can access the sites on this computer using Firefox and they play fine.

I have "Play sounds on web pages" checked in the options. Am I missing something?

Like I said, it is Internet Explorer 6 and I'm running Win XP Home with SP2.
