cyberpowerinc.com will not stand behind their word. I have ordered one of their computers on a same day ship which is offered at a premium of plus or minus $150 dollars Guaranteed in writing. It did not ship same day and still hasn't. that was two days ago & I have been told that it will not ship for at lest another three days. when asked what the meaning of Guaranteed means to the company I was told it meant they will try real hard. I also asked to talk to a supervisor & was told there was none to talk to. when I got upset i was given a bogus email address to the president. I did email the tech support, sales, & the webmaster. these were emails on the site. I still have not received a reply. The funny thing is my credit card has been charged & I don't know if I will ever see the computer.also they offer onsite service as a standard warranty.obviously when they don't arrive I bet they will say they tried real hard. I was also given a name of the president Steven Chui. I was told he would contact me immediatley. he must be trying real hard also. hopefully this will help

cerdenavision,
You posted into an old thread from 2001.
It is ok to refer to it if you have something new to offer in a new thread.
I split your post into a seperate thread as it has nothing to do with Dell and Gateway support issues.

I am a little unclear about the details, but I suggest you contact your credit card company immediately and at least challenge the charge... However it is possible that these people are going to try to rip you off even more and it would be a good idea to ask the credit card company to watch for them... If you are in the USA, it would also be a good idea to contact the FTC with your concerns...
