Where can I get a Software AP program

I've found a solution to my earlier problem, I need a Software AP (access point) program! This software allows a pc to be used as a wireless access point! My problem is it seems that the makers of this software, PcTel have licensed the software to manufacturers to bundle with there own network cards! MSI have it bundled with their cards!

I've been searching for the last few hours so I was hoping someone on here may be able to point me in the right direction!!
