If you are attempting to reactivate your Hotmail account, we're sorry but your request cannot be processed at this time.
Please do the following:

Close all web browser windows.
Restart your web browser.
Return to http://www.hotmail.com to sign in.

Does anyone else experience this b4? Can someone help me please? :confused:

Try writing to hotmail support and ask them to reactivate your account.

Usually if you have not used your account for some time, hotmail deactivates your account. Then all you need to do is either contact hotmail or sometime if you try to sign in again it will tell you that the account has been deactivated and it normally reactivates you by asking some security questions but of course all your previous emails will be lost.

So I would recommend contacting Hotmail support
