shorcuts

Hi all,
Err, silly question but my desktop (win98se) is looking very busy with shortcuts
half of which are not necessary all the time so...how do others put/place/create areas for quick access to shortcuts?

Create a folder for them, add them to the quick launch toolbar or make a custom toolbar for them.

Even put them in a folder anywhere and then make a shortcut to that folder on your desktop.
